Orders & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders.
Orders are confirmed once the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to pick up or delivery.
Design & Custom Work
We love bringing your vision to life! Inspirational photos are welcome; however, we do not recreate exact designs from other artists.
All cakes and desserts are created in our own unique style with love and care.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup times are scheduled and kindly appreciated when respected. We allow a 30-minute window for all pickups.
Delivery is available for an additional fee. We are in Moncks Corner, SC.
Once your order leaves our care, we are not responsible for any damage.
Allergy Notice
We are a home-based bakery. Our kitchen may contain nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat. Please notify us of any allergies and inform your guests accordingly.
Payments & Communication
Orders will not be released until payment is completed.
Please allow 24 hours for responses during business hours.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If cancellation is necessary, we kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice. We are happy to offer one complimentary reschedule to a new date, based on availability.
No refunds will be issued, and the deposit will be transferred to the new date.
